Alerts: a bell on every chart, straight to Telegram

Update: sell targets have since been removed, and alerts are now set on the chart and on Wallets. See Price alerts on the chart.
The web app (version 1.9.358 and later) has an Alerts entry in the menu. It gathers every alert in one place, and they all arrive in Telegram. The capture is the French interface, where the screen is titled Alertes.
A bell on every Charts row
On Charts, each row ends with a bell. Two clicks set a Système A alert: pick the timeframe (4h, daily or weekly) and the state you want to hear about, Reverting up, Reverting down or both. A bell badge marks every timeframe you already watch.
Sell targets
A sell target set on an asset in Portfolio sends an alert when the price reaches it. Once sent, it waits for the price to come back under the target before it can fire again.
Telegram, and nothing else
Connect Telegram once from the Alerts screen, then press Send a test to check that messages arrive. Every message links back to its alert, so you can pause or delete it from there.
