What is new: a demo with no account, a reason for each move, and more to track
· By Talu
October was a big month for the web app. Here is what changed, in the order you would meet it.
Look around with no account
The demo opens a sample portfolio in your browser, with nothing to sign up for. The holdings are made up, the prices are real. The AI review and the alerts need a free account; the rest is there.
Why did the total move?
Recent changes lists what each source held before and after, and why: a buy or a sale, a transfer between your own sources, a deposit from outside, a small interest payment.
Under the curve of History, a new vs BTC tab compares your portfolio with Bitcoin over the period you choose. Adding or removing a source counts neither as a gain nor as a loss there.
What if prices moved?
What if answers the question before the market does. Slide to move every price at once, or type a price or a number of coins on a line.
Market: the mood, the coins you follow, and why it moves
Market now opens with the Fear & Greed index: today's figure, yesterday's and last week's. The top 250 sets stablecoins and tokenized assets aside. Follow keeps a coin in sight without holding it, on Market, on your Portfolio and in News.
On a coin's card, Why is it moving? asks the AI for a short answer based on recent articles. It is an explanation, not advice.
Charts in plain words
Charts colours the candles by trend, and its table shows which coins are Turning up or Turning down on 1 hour, 4 hours and 1 day. The trend still rests on Système A, whose name now stays in the tips.
Fewer reasons to watch the price
Alerts arrive on Telegram, and there are more of them: a price, a coin's move in percent, a portfolio's value, a trend turning, a DeFi rate, an address moving, and articles that name your coins. Every Sunday evening, a recap sums up your portfolios and the week; you can have one every day too, at the hour you choose. The alerts article has the details.
More to track
- XRP, Dogecoin, Stellar and Litecoin wallets, read from an address alone.
- Bybit, OKX, Coinbase and Bitpanda, in beta, with a read-only key. The window shows how to make the key on each platform.
- On an account in euros, Swiss francs or pounds, the figures and your entries follow that currency.
A light theme
The sun and moon button at the top switches between dark and light, and Settings can follow your device.
Try the demo, and tell us on Discord what you would like next.
